The 166-page document, led by David Sacks, the White House's chief cryptocurrency and artificial intelligence officer, and Executive Director Bo Hines, consolidates input from the Treasury Department, the Commerce Department, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and lists several proposals for streamlining regulation, supporting innovation, and modernizing regulations.
