KelpDAO: The first batch of rsETH has been transferred from Aave to the LayerZero OFT adapter; cross-chain functionality has now been restored.

CoinFeed reported on May 14th that KelpDAO announced on the X platform that, according to the coordinated restart plan agreed upon with Aave, the first batch of rsETH has been transferred from Aave to the LayerZero OFT adapter. Cross-chain bridging has now been restored, and users can freely transfer rsETH from the mainnet to L2 or vice versa. The rsETH contract will be unsuspended within 24 hours to restore withdrawal functionality. Deposits will reopen within 48 hours, and the exchange rate will be updated accordingly. Staking rewards accumulated during the suspension period will be distributed to all rsETH holders. The remaining batches of rsETH will be sent by Aave Recovery Guardian and Kelp over the next two weeks to fully replenish the lockbox contract.
