CoinFeed reported on May 14th that, according to Cointelegraph, New York Judge Margaret M. Garnett on Wednesday postponed her ruling on Aave's emergency application to unfreeze $71 million in ETH related to the Kelp DAO hack, requiring both parties to submit supplemental statements before a hearing on June 5th. Aave sought to use the ETH frozen by Arbitrum to assist in recovery efforts following the attack, but the US law firm Gerstein Harrow filed a restraining order in early May, claiming its clients had a claim on the funds.
