CoinFeed reported on May 16th that OpenAI announced the launch of a personal finance management service for ChatGPT Pro users in the US. Users can securely connect to their bank and investment accounts, view their fund flow dashboards within ChatGPT, and consult with AI on financial matters based on their own financial situation, while maintaining complete control over their data. OpenAI points out that this feature is not a replacement for professional financial advice, but it combines complex personal financial issues with the inference capabilities of GPT-5.5 to provide more accurate solutions. This feature will be gradually rolled out to Plus and all users in the future. Regarding privacy and security, users can disconnect their accounts or delete financial memories at any time. All account data is used solely to provide personalized financial services and will not modify user funds, complying with strict data control and privacy protection standards.
