Jump Crypto's Solana validator client, Firedancer, is now available on the mainnet.

CoinFeed reported on May 17th that, according to CoinDesk, Jump Crypto's Solana validator client, Firedancer, has launched on the mainnet and begun producing blocks, processing tens of millions of transactions in the past few months. Firedancer founding engineer Ritchie Patel stated that the team intends to slow down the rollout and will not conduct large-scale public deployments to avoid the risks associated with large-scale network upgrades before a thorough security audit is completed. Firedancer, developed by Jump Crypto, is a validator client for Solana (or other versions of blockchain software).
