CoinFeed reported on May 19th that, according to on-chain analyst Ai Yi, a trader shorting HYPE suffered multiple losses: a $306,000 loss yesterday due to holding the position for less than 24 hours; a $73,000 loss this morning after holding the position for 29 minutes at 6 AM; and a $184,000 loss this morning after holding the position for 29 minutes at 8 AM. The current position is 224,000 HYPE tokens ($10.63 million), with a paper loss of $184,000. The cumulative loss from shorting HYPE since yesterday is $747,000 (already included in the paper loss).
