ZachXBT alleges that BlockDAG and ZKP misused pre-sale funds, involving at least $25 million.

CoinFeed reported on May 20th that, according to ZachXBT, after completing on-chain tracing, at least $25 million in funds were misused between the BlockDAG and ZKP pre-sale projects associated with Gurhan Kiziloz. Some of these funds were subsequently used to pay for KOL promotion fees for the Spartans.com casino project. ZachXBT stated that the original pre-sale materials for BlockDAG and ZKP did not disclose that the funds would be used to promote other businesses, and complaints from retail investors continue to appear on social media. He pointed out that the flow of funds included "pre-sale wallet → aggregation address → Ethereum cross-chain to Tron → exchanges such as HTX and BTSE → Spartans hot wallet and KOL payment address," and warned users to stay away from the BlockDAG, ZKP, and Spartans projects.
