CoinFeed reported on May 20 that Plume, an on-chain vault protocol, has received a digital asset business license from the Bermuda Monetary Authority, becoming the world's first regulated on-chain vault manager. Plume will be part of the Bermuda digital asset regulatory system, alongside Circle, Coinbase, and Kraken, which are already operating under this framework.
