Prediction market and live streaming platform K25.ai receives $2 million investment from NewGenIVF Group.

CoinFeed reported on May 22nd, citing Tech In Asia, that K25.ai, a Singapore-based prediction market and live streaming platform led by former OKX COO Andy Cheung, announced an initial investment of $2 million from Nasdaq-listed NewGenIVF Group (NIVF) at a valuation of $100 million. This investment may subsequently increase to $10 million. The transaction also granted NIVF an exclusive institutional partnership in the Asia-Pacific region. K25.ai and NIVF plan to expand into markets including Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. The startup stated that it is exploring public markets through strategic transactions or reverse takeovers, but did not guarantee that any IPO plans would proceed.
