The founder of Uniswap stated that "ETH is currency," emphasizing a decentralized monetary system with multiple assets coexisting.
CoinFeed reported on May 27th that Uniswap founder Hayden Adams stated that while "Eth is money" is a valid statement, its meaning differs from most people's understanding. He claimed that in the future, all assets will be tokenized, users will hold the assets they value most, and competition among multiple currency forms will constitute a decentralized monetary system. A single unit of account will not be necessary, as long as there is a low-cost, 24/7 efficient asset exchange mechanism. Adams pointed out that Uniswap, running on Ethereum, is currently the "best decentralized monetary system," and stated that this field is still in its early stages. This statement referenced discussions by David Hoffman, co-founder of Bankless, who previously announced the sale of his ETH holdings.
