Grayscale's Hyperliquid ETF application has entered the final pre-listing registration stage and has added the option to offer collateralization capabilities.

CoinFeed reported on May 28th that, according to Crypto.news, Grayscale has submitted Form 8-A12B to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for its spot Hyperliquid ETF. This is the final registration step before listing on Nasdaq, and trading is expected to begin within 1 to 4 days. Furthermore, the ETF's ticker symbol is GHYP, and it has been renamed from "Grayscale HYPE ETF" to "Grayscale Hyperliquid Staking ETF," seemingly indicating the addition of staking functionality.
