Mistral AI is accelerating its expansion into the "super intelligence" and industrial AI sectors.

CoinFeed reported on May 28th, citing the Wall Street Journal, that French AI company Mistral AI is advancing its "superintelligence" research at a "moonshot" pace, believing that Europe cannot rely on US tech giants for AI infrastructure and model capabilities in the long term. Simultaneously, Mistral is accelerating its expansion into the advanced manufacturing market, having already partnered with Airbus and BMW Group to promote the application of "physical AI" in industrial design, simulation, and quality control. Mistral currently primarily provides AI models and computing infrastructure to enterprises and is attempting to build a local AI industry ecosystem in Europe.
