Inconsistencies between SpaceX's IPO filings and Musk's statements regarding the Anthropic contract have raised questions.

CoinFeed reported on May 29th that, according to CNBC, details of the computing power leasing agreement with Anthropic disclosed by SpaceX CEO Elon Musk at SpaceX on May 29th differed from the prospectus. The prospectus stated that Anthropic would pay SpaceX $1.25 billion per month until May 2029, with the option to terminate the agreement with 90 days' notice. Musk, however, stated that SpaceX only signed a 180-day lease, after which it would be a "mutually cancelable 90-day notice" arrangement. Analysts pointed out that this discrepancy affects investors' revenue expectations for SpaceX as a "neocloud" provider.
