BlackRock submits third version S-1 filing for iShares Bitcoin Income ETF

CoinFeed reported on May 30 that Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas stated on the X platform that the iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF (BITA) has submitted its third version of the S-1 amendment document. Fees have not yet been announced, but the issuer (BlackRock) is clearly actively adjusting the product.
