Coinbase opens PLUME trading to users in New York State

CoinFeed reported on June 2nd that, according to an announcement from Coinbase Markets, Plume has officially opened for trading to New York State residents. New York users can now buy, sell, exchange, send, receive, and store PLUME through the Coinbase website and iOS and Android apps.
