Grayscale submitted its third version S-1 amendment to the BNB ETF filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), with the ticker symbol GBNB.

CoinFeed reported on June 4 that Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart posted on the X platform that Grayscale has submitted its third version S-1 amendment to the BNB ETF, codenamed GBNB, to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Fees have not yet been announced.
