CoinFeed reported on June 13 that, according to Xinhua News Agency, Iranian Foreign Minister Araqchi stated that once Iran and the United States complete the final phase of negotiations, the memorandum of understanding will be signed and published immediately. The first phase will be signed remotely and electronically, "which may happen in the next few days."
