CoinFeed reported on June 15th that Binance co-founder He Yi posted on the X platform: "Thank you very much for your criticisms and suggestions regarding Binance VIP customer service today. Multiple departments have carefully read and reflected on each point. In the future, we will make systematic adjustments to our workflow, including but not limited to VIP level settings, service processes, and addressing issues such as incomplete coverage of some staff complaints and certain user types. Currently, some complaints received via private message are encountering communication barriers on local instant messaging software. For privacy protection, we recommend that you use the customer service channel and VIP channel in the Binance User Center as much as possible. If the account manager and customer service assigned to you on the platform are not performing well, please feel free to escalate the issue within the app. You are also welcome to send private messages to our local staff or me on Twitter to complain at any time."
