CoinFeed reported on June 15th that, according to Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas, BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF (ticker symbol: BITA) received its S-1 registration statement from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission at 4:30 PM Eastern Time on June 12, 2026. Balchunas anticipates that BITA will officially begin trading this week, possibly around Thursday.
