YZi Labs and CEA Industries Reach Cooperation Agreement, Ending Proxy Battle

CoinFeed June 24 news, according to Globenewswire, Nasdaq-listed BNB treasury company CEA Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: BNC) announced a cooperation agreement with YZi Labs to strengthen BNC governance. Under the agreement, the board has appointed Ella Zhang, Alex Odagiu, and Matthew Roszak as directors, all of whom have experience in digital asset investment and the BNB ecosystem. YZi Labs will terminate the previous written consent solicitation and proxy battle, and withdraw related books and records inspection requests.
