Kalshi CEO: Prediction market platform preparing for IPO, expected to list after 2027

CoinFeed June 24 news, according to CNBC, contract prediction market platform Kalshi CEO Tarek Mansour said the company is in the early stages of planning an IPO, but made it clear it will not go public in 2026. The Information previously reported that Kalshi could list as early as between the end of 2027 and 2028. The report noted that Kalshi was valued at about $2 billion at the end of June 2025, and its valuation rose to about $22 billion after completing a Series F funding round in May this year. Mansour said that as the business and financial scale grow, discussing a listing "is a necessary conversation."
