After the merger, the new company will be renamed Securitize Corp., and its common stock is expected to be listed on the NYSE under the ticker "SECZ" starting July 2. The CEPT shareholders' meeting is scheduled for June 29 to vote on the transaction, with the current redemption rate below 30%. Securitize claims to have obtained regulatory licenses for digital securities infrastructure in both the U.S. and the EU, with over $4 billion in on-chain real-world assets under management.
