Brazilian listed company OranjeBTC purchased 74 bitcoins last week

CoinFeed June 29 news, Brazilian listed company OranjeBTC (OBTC3, ORNJY) disclosed its treasury stock and Bitcoin transaction situation between June 22 and 28. During the period, the company did not buy or sell its own shares, still having 150.7081 million shares outstanding; but added 74 bitcoins at an average price of about 342,393.01 reais per coin (about 66,233.29 USD per coin), with total expenditure of about 25.337 million reais (about 4.901 million USD), bringing the company's total bitcoin holdings to 3,896 bitcoins. The company stated that by exchanging old convertible bonds at a discount, signing new debt with Itaú, and using bridge loans to accelerate Bitcoin purchases, its 2026 BTC gross yield is about 12.84%, with cumulative gross yield of about 15.54%.
