Iran: Current focus is implementation of MOU, no talks with US in near future

CoinFeed June 30 news, according to Jinshi reports, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson stated that Iran's top priority is to ensure the implementation of all provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding. Regarding Article 10, which involves the US commitment to allow Iranian oil exports, the US has issued the necessary permits and Iran is following up on the implementation progress; regarding Article 11, which involves the release of Iran's frozen assets, the relevant implementation procedures are also advancing. This week, Iran will send a technical delegation to Qatar to consult on the implementation of the MOU, including Article 11. The spokesperson stated that Iran has not yet started negotiations on the final agreement. According to Article 13 of the MOU, the prerequisite for starting final agreement negotiations is the commencement and continuous implementation of Articles 1, 4, 5, 10, and 11. In addition, the spokesperson emphasized that Iran will not hold any level of negotiations with the US in the coming few days.
