Tsuyoshi Chino, who led the company's establishment and growth over the past four years, will step down and transition to Honorary Chairman and Director. After stepping down, Chino will continue to provide strategic advice as a board member to ensure a smooth transition. Arisa Toyozaki graduated from Northwestern University in the United States, majoring in Computer Science and Economics, previously worked as a derivatives trader at UBS Securities Hong Kong, and was responsible for search services and augmented reality business at Google Japan. In 2022, she founded the DeFi protocol Cega and completed its sale in 2025. She was selected for the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.
