He Yi: Binance Officially Enters the Philippine Market

CoinFeed July 2 news, Binance co-founder He Yi published an article announcing that Binance has officially entered the Philippine market. The document shared pointed out that the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission has formally approved BlockShoals Technologies to launch financial product and service testing under its regulatory sandbox framework. BlockShoals will operate in a crypto asset intermediary model, allowing Philippine users to access selected products and services through its global crypto asset service provider partners. In the first phase of testing, BlockShoals will complete system integration with local virtual asset service providers within 90 days, then initiate user onboarding through its global partner Binance, and comply with relevant safeguards and regulatory requirements.
