Unitree Technology Approved for IPO Registration on STAR Market

CoinFeed news on July 2, the registration application of Unitree Technology Co., Ltd. for its initial public offering and listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange has been approved. The China Securities Regulatory Commission stated that the issuance must strictly follow the prospectus and underwriting plan submitted to the SSE, and this approval is valid for 12 months from the date of consent to registration. From approval until the end of stock issuance, if the company experiences any major events, it must promptly report to the SSE and handle them according to regulations.
