(APEC), founded by Theodore Gillibrand, son of New York Senator Kirsten Gillibrand. The platform is reported to have raised $30 million, with most investors contributing $5,000 to $10,000. The investment comes as Gillibrand is involved in negotiating the ethical provisions of the Clarity Act, which will have a significant impact on the U.S. crypto industry.
