EtherFi Proposes Deploying an Aave V4 Instance on OP Mainnet to Support EtherFi Cash

CoinFeed reported on July 3 that EtherFi submitted a Temp Check proposal on the Aave governance forum, proposing to deploy a dedicated Aave V4 white-label instance independently operated by EtherFi on OP Mainnet as the credit backend for its Visa card product EtherFi Cash. This instance operates in an isolated whitelist mode, is operated end-to-end by EtherFi, and Aave provides the V4 deployment and operating license and shares revenue, but does not bear daily risks.
