Michael Saylor: Bitcoin Consensus Dynamically Shaped by Nodes, Miners, and Holders

Protocol changes can only proceed when there is alignment among verification, security, and capital. He said that brand, legal, political, technological, institutional, cultural, and physical forces can only indirectly influence Bitcoin consensus by persuading, coordinating, constraining, or mobilizing these participants, and cannot directly determine the consensus outcome.
