ZachXBT: Hacker Withdraws 3200 ETH from Tornado, Launders ~$5.5M via Circle's CCTP Cross-Chain

CoinFeed July 5 news, on-chain detective ZachXBT disclosed on his personal channel that a hacker withdrew approximately 3200 ETH through Tornado Cash during July 2-3, funds related to two private key leak incidents, the address then cross-chain laundered about $5.5 million assets via Circle's CCTP bridge, and further transferred USDC to 7 deposit addresses on the Arbitrum network. ZachXBT pointed out that the flow of funds presents a typical decentralized laundering path, using mixing tools and cross-chain infrastructure to reduce tracking difficulty, and the related on-chain assets are still being moved.
