Visa Data: June Stablecoin Transaction Volume Hits Record $1.79 Trillion, USDC Accounts for 70% of First-Half Volume

CoinFeed July 7 news, according to Coindesk, Visa's on-chain dashboard data shows that Circle's USDC accounted for about 70% of adjusted stablecoin transaction volume in the first half of the year, further extending its lead over Tether's USDT (about 25%). In June alone, adjusted stablecoin transaction volume hit a record $1.79 trillion, up 63% from May and 125% from June 2025, bringing the first-half volume to $8.82 trillion.
