Crypto Lobbying Group Digital Chamber Files Amicus Curiae Brief Opposing Ownership Claim of Satoshi Nakamoto's Bitcoin

CoinFeed July 7th news, Galaxy Research stated on X platform that the U.S. crypto lobbying group Digital Chamber has submitted a second amicus curiae brief to the New York State Supreme Court. This brief opposes an ownership claim made by an individual using the pseudonym "Noah Doe". Previously, Noah Doe and other anonymous plaintiffs requested that the New York court confirm their ownership of 39,069 long-dormant Bitcoin addresses and the assets therein, on the grounds that these wallets constitute "abandoned property."
