AI legal services company Norm completes $120 million funding round, led by Khosla Ventures

Founded in 2023, Norm differs from the traditional model of selling software to law firms; it has established its own law firm Norm Law, directly providing clients with legal services delivered through collaboration between lawyers and AI engineers, and charges based on results rather than hourly billing. The company is also developing an 'AI regulating AI' compliance agent for regulated industries such as finance and healthcare, planning to use the new funds to expand its engineering and legal teams and strengthen related systems.
