Bull Bitcoin Launches Legal Action Challenging EU DAC8 Mass Crypto Surveillance

From 2026, the decree requires all EU crypto service providers to annually report users' full identity information, residence, transaction details, and transfers to self-hosted addresses, with automatic exchange among tax authorities of 27 member states.
