Dinari and tZERO Launch Onchain U.S. Stock Tokenization Platform for Broker-Dealers

Dinari's dShares are backed 1:1 by real stocks held by regulated custodians, retaining shareholder rights such as dividends and corporate actions; tZERO provides brokerage, custody, and clearing infrastructure.
