Mantle migrates $2.5 billion cross-chain portal from LayerZero to Chainlink CCIP

CoinFeed July 9 news, according to CoinDesk, Layer2 project Mantle announced that it will migrate its cross-chain portal Super Portal, co-built with Bybit and managing approximately $2.5 billion in assets, from LayerZero's Omnichain Fungible Token (OFT) standard to Chainlink's Cross-Chain Token (CCT) standard. The portal is responsible for cross-chain transfers of MNT between Ethereum and Solana, with plans to expand to more public chains.
