CoinFeed July 10 news, Coinbase Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal posted on X platform that after six years in the role, he will step down at the end of this month to transition to an advisory role and continue to serve on the board of Coinbase National Trust Company. Grewal reflected on his tenure, including taking the company public, facing and winning the SEC lawsuit, moving the company's incorporation from Delaware to Texas, advancing the GENIUS Act and the upcoming Clarity Act. Current Legal Vice President Molly Abraham will be promoted to General Counsel, legal executive Ryan VanGrack will become Vice Chairman, and Faryar Shirzad will continue to lead the global policy team.
