Galaxy Research Head: "Satoshi Nakamoto Bitcoin Ownership Case" Sees Major Progress, Bitcoin Policy Institute Joins Defense Camp

CoinFeed July 11 news, Galaxy Research Head Alex Thorn posted that the "abandoned Bitcoin" case surrounding "Noah Doe" attempting to obtain Satoshi Nakamoto's Bitcoin ownership through legal procedures has seen major progress. The Bitcoin Policy Institute (BPI) has officially applied to intervene as a defendant in the case and seeks to urge the court to dismiss the entire lawsuit. It is reported that previously a defendant code-named "John Doe 33" appeared in court as an individual and denied the plaintiff's association of them with an address holding 5,000 BTC. In addition, The Digital Chamber has also submitted an amicus curiae brief opposing the legal theory proposed by the plaintiff.
