YMTC Announces IPO Tutoring Team, Comprising 31 Members from CITIC Securities and China Securities

CITIC Securities and China Securities (CSC) have dispatched a total of 31 personnel to form the tutoring team. The current tutoring period is from May 19 to June 30, 2026, with tutoring conducted through on-site due diligence, centralized lectures, and special issue communications. The next phase will carry out tutoring work from two aspects: first, promptly coordinate with intermediaries and the company to discuss issues discovered during work, study and determine regulatory plans, and urge the tutoring target to earnestly implement rectification requirements.
