Changpeng Zhao files for dismissal of $1.76 billion claim filed by FTX Trust

Changpeng Zhao has asked the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware to dismiss a lawsuit filed by FTX Trust to recover $1.76 billion in funds it claims were improperly transferred to Binance by Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF). In his motion filed Monday, Zhao argued that he is a resident of the United Arab Emirates and that the trust could not prove it was within Delaware's jurisdiction.
