Rep. Titus urges investigation into CFTC Chairman nominee Brian Quintenz's ties to prediction markets

Representative Dina Titus, a Nevada Democrat, sent a letter to Acting CFTC Chairwoman Caroline Pham, calling for an investigation into CFTC Chair nominee Brian Quintenz. Quintenz was awaiting a Senate Agriculture Committee vote on his nomination, a vote that was canceled twice in the past month, the second at the request of the White House.
